Аннотация
Scientific progress is a key driver of better health, quality of life, and sustainable development. In an era of rapidly evolving health challenges, the generation, dissemination, and application of scientific knowledge are essential for evidencebased decision-making and effective prevention strategies.
Research in the fields of public health and occupational medicine has improved disease prevention, occupational safety, environmental health and the management of health risks present here. These advances show that health protection requires continuous scientific research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the use of elements of 4P medicine (Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, Participation), and it has opened and can open up new paths in both prevention and treatment, which will fundamentally change the importance of occupational health in the face of emerging threats.
The increasing complexity of global challenges such as emerging infections, antimicrobial resistance, environmental change, and occupational risks, highlights the importance of the One Health concept, which recognizes the interdependence of human, animal, and environmental health and promotes integrated solutions across disciplines.
Scientific journals play a critical role in translating research into practice. By ensuring scientific rigor, transparency, and knowledge exchange, they support lifelong learning, innovation, and the development of policies that improve population health.
The One Health & Risk Management journal serves as a multidisciplinary platform that fosters scientific dialogue and collaboration among experts in medicine, public health, veterinary sciences, environmental sciences, microbiology, epidemiology, and related fields. Through the dissemination of high-quality research, the journal contributes to advancing the One Health agenda and addressing contemporary health challenges.
